Built (S3E6): San Diego's New Life for Life Sciences
Meet the developer, architect, and builder for the Research and Development District (RaDD), IQHQ's newest location for a $1.6 billion life science mega-development on San Diego's coast. Not just for employees, the area will open more of the waterfront to the community, too.
Let’s meet the people behind the Research and Development District

Not your typical life science development…
Developing all 14 acres of land at the same time has been no small feat. Four buildings are slated for completion at the end of 2023 with the last building ready for occupancy by Spring 2024. Once complete, the development will integrate both transformative research and the community itself with green space and indoor-outdoor restaurants and retail.
